We’re delighted to welcome Liam Mulholland to Thomson Hayton Winkley as a solicitor in our agricultural department at the Rural Law Practice.

Liam joins us with a strong background in property law and brings a keen interest in supporting farming families, landowners, and agri-businesses through the unique legal challenges they face.

Having trained at a firm in North Cumbria and gained valuable experience in a range of both residential and commercial property matters, Liam is now focused on developing a long-term career in agricultural law.

With a strong understanding of the rural sector and a practical, client-focused approach, he is well placed to provide high-quality advice across a range of matters including land transactions, tenancy agreements and succession planning.
