Liam Mulholland Solicitor
Working out of the Rural Law Practice at our Jct 36 office, I handle a range of agricultural property matters which includes sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies, commons rights along with partnership agreements.
I studied law at the University of Cumbria and graduated in July 2019 with First Class Honours as well as receiving both the Weightmans’ Solicitors and University of Cumbria’s Law Student of the Year. I also graduated from Northumbria University in July 2020 having achieved a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course, with qualification as a solicitor taking place in the September of 2022.
I am a keen cricketer during the summer months, currently playing for Stainton cricket club near Penrith. Outside of cricket, the rest of my spare time is mainly spent entertaining my 2-year-old red labrador, Luca.
