Personal Injury claims are usually dealt with on a “no-win, no-fee” basis under a Conditional Fee Agreement. Put simply this means that if your claim is not successful or abandoned, you will not pay us anything.  If your claim is successful you will pay us something from your compensation to cover the shortfall between the costs we incur and the fixed costs paid by the insurance company, our success fee and an insurance premium.  The amount payable will depend on circumstances and we will explain this fully.
