The Rural Law Practice, part of Thomson Hayton Winkley Solicitors, has recruited Isobel Milburn to join their team based at J36 NWA.

She qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and was granted Higher Rights of Audience as a Solicitor Advocate in 2006
“I am very excited to have joined the team at the RLP. I act for clients on a wide range of disputes in the County Courts, High Court and the First-tier Tribunal. I have considerable experience of representing clients at mediation and settlement meetings and advising on the terms of settlement agreements.
I understand that clients need clear practical, commercial and cost-effective advice and I work closely with clients to reach solutions and ensure that they are kept fully informed of costs, the options available and have a realistic assessment of likely outcomes and timescales.
John Cooke, Director of Thomson Hayton Winkley, said
“We are delighted to welcome Isobel to the team. The increasing need for rural and agribusiness specialists continues to grow and we are thrilled that someone with Isobel’s expertise in dispute resolution and litigation is joining the team. This will expand the professional offering to our clients at the RLP.”
