The finalists for the Cumbria Food Awards 2024 have been announced recently and we are proud once again to be sponsoring the Best New Business Award.
This year saw over 1400 entries and nominations and the judges had the difficult task of narrowing these down to the finalists. And what an amazing array of finalists they are! Cumbria works hard to maintain an incredibly high standard of incredible restaurants, chefs, bars, cafes, retailers and producers and we love living and working amongst them all.

Congratulations to all three on making the final – which is a win in its own right. All very different businesses so it will be interesting to see who wins on the night.
The awards themselves with be presented by Chef and Sunday Brunch presenter Simon Rimmer, at what promises to be a delicious celebration at Kendal College on 14 March. More information here.
