The safety and welfare of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance. Many people may think twice about coming into the office as arranged. As a sensible precaution we are asking that people only come into the office if totally necessary. We request that you telephone or email the office before attending any prearranged meeting. All paper work can be completed electronically or documents that require a signature can be posted out to you.
On top of the due diligence checks that are normally carried out we have added a screening process to our booking system to ensure our clients are well before any visit.
With this in mind please inform us prior to your appointment if you have been in contact with anyone that has visited an ‘at risk country’, self- isolating and especially if you have been experiencing any flu or cold like symptoms and we will reschedule your appointment.
We already pride ourselves in our hygiene standards in our offices, however we have added additional measures, such as additional cleaning routines, checks and processes.
