We are pleased to welcome Nina Hood as our new head of residential property. She has moved from Ratcliffe & Bibby in Morecambe and has been joined by her assistant Sasha Miller.

Nina is a licensed conveyancer with more than 25 years’ experience in the property sector, having begun her career in estate agency. She advises clients nationwide on the buying and selling of properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and land transactions.

Nina, who leads a 14-strong team of fee earners, trainees and support staff, said:

“The firm has a strong reputation for delivering a high-quality, client-focused service and I am looking forward to building on that further by supporting the team, encouraging collaboration and ensuring we continue to provide a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
