Always approachable, helpful and professional

Tim Labrum Solicitor

My practice covers all aspects of agricultural property law.  This includes the buying and selling of farms and agricultural land, agricultural tenancies, share farming arrangements, farm partitions, overage and option agreements, and renewable energy projects. I also advise on easements, partnership agreements, common land issues, grazing licences and rights of access to rural property.

Efficiency and clear communication are central to my approach, with clients kept informed throughout each transaction.

After qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, I brought together my legal training with a wider background in land, geography and rural issues. Before qualifying, I studied Geography at the University of Edinburgh and worked with the Royal Geographical Society, including research on climate change in Antarctica. Having travelled extensively, I bring a practical, considered approach to the complexities of agricultural law.
