Stephanie Fleming Operations Manager

I was appointed Operations Manager for Thomson Hayton Winkley in November 2023 having worked previously for the firm as a secretary and receptionist.

My role is varied – no two days are the same!  Everything from HR and policies, to IT and building issues.  I am also a trained Mental Health First Aider and involved in organising social events.

Living in Kendal mean I enjoy being able to walk to work – as well as walks in the Lakes and local area.  I also enjoy travelling to cities both in this country and abroad to experience the different cultures, food and drink.
