Jordan Wallace Solicitor
I am a Family Solicitor working primarily out of our Kendal office. I specialise in a variety of family matters including divorce and finances; domestic abuse and Children Act proceedings. I also have experience dealing with nuptial agreements, Trust of Land Act and relationship disputes including separation agreements.
I have a particular interest in the advocacy side of cases and enjoy advising and assisting clients if they must attend court. I believe that where possible, a client is best served being represented by someone they know, feels comfortable with and knows the ins and outs of the case.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2020, I spent the early part of my career dealing with both private and legally aided cases, which included care proceedings. Whilst I now focus on the private area of Family law, I believe my experience in other areas allows me to advise my clients in a holistic, detailed way and truly understand their circumstances.
I appreciate that when clients seek advice with family matters, they are often going through one of the most difficult parts of their lives. I aim to ensure a client feels comfortable, supported, and confident in me achieving the best possible outcome.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my children, going for walks in the lakes, watching literally any sport, and travelling.
