Adele Dawson Graduate Solicitor Apprentice
After graduating from Lancaster University in 2024, I joined the THW team as a Paralegal in January of 2025. I am fortunate to work across our Windermere, Kendal and Junction 36 offices, gaining experience with our commercial property, private client and rural law teams.
I am from Kendal, and I grew up with my parents and grandparents running BnBs and pubs in the town. I myself worked in hospitality for 8 years before coming to THW. This has given me a personal interest in and working knowledge of some of the difficulties faced by business owners and those employed in the tourism industry.
I enjoy local history and geography, and I am therefore most pleased when studying maps and assisting with work for local landowners, businesses and families. I am also a competent fingerstyle guitarist, and I spend much of my free time composing music, reading, and exploring Westmorland.
