Stuart helps Coniston’s Bluebird Café

The owners of the Bluebird Café, a well-known café located on the shores of Coniston Water, have successfully completed a lease renewal, securing its future as a beloved destination for both locals and visitors. The renewal was handled by our head of Commercial Property, Stuart Bailey, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Owned and operated by Philip and Judith Dixon, who have dedicated many years to running the café, the lease renewal marks an exciting new chapter for the Bluebird Café. With the new agreement in place, plans are now underway for renovations and an extension, aimed at enhancing the café’s offerings and providing an even better experience for customers.
