Solicitor, Ben Cauldwell has recently joined Thomson Hayton Winkley, having relocated with his family from North Yorkshire.

Ben is currently working from our Kendal office, dealing with all aspects of residential property transactions, but also has extensive experience in writing Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and in the administration of estates.

Our residential property team continue to be very busy and Ben is therefore a welcome further addition, joining Rebecca Coombes who started with us earlier this year.
