Ben Cauldwell Solicitor
In 2022 I joined Thomson Hayton Winkley, having relocated from North Yorkshire where I had previously been a director of a large firm. I studied at the University of Durham and qualified as a solicitor in 2010.
I specialise in all aspects of residential property transactions, as well as writing Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates.
In my spare time I am a keen tuba player and can often be found playing with a local brass band, or spending time in the Lake District with my wife and children.
