Simon Theobald Solicitor
I was born and brought up in North Lancashire and Westmorland and was educated at Lancaster Royal Grammar School and St John’s College, Cambridge. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1993 I have specialised in wills, tax planning, trusts, probate, and elderly client work – as a current member of Solicitors for the Elderly SFE. I am a member of STEP (the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners) and one of just a handful of solicitors in the country who hold a Distinction for STEP’s Certificate in Will Preparation.
I am married with one son and have always had a love of the outdoors, particularly mountaineering in its many different forms, the latest being fell-running. I am also a member of a local church.
