Kayleigh Hunter Solicitor
I moved to Kendal joining Thomson Hayton Winkley in March 2018 as a residential conveyancing solicitor.
Originally from Hull, I read law at the University of Hull and completed my training with a local law firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in July 2016. However I have been working in residential conveyancing since July 2013, both as an assistant to a Solicitor and then a Trainee Solicitor.
I have experience in dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, whether this involves freehold, leasehold, new builds or unregistered titles.
I understand that moving home can be one of the most stressful times in an individual’s lifetime and I aim to make this process as easy and simple as possible for all of my clients.
Outside of work I enjoy baking, reading, walking and exploring the beautiful Lake District.
