Jonathan Hardiker Solicitor
I specialise in Dispute Resolution and act for both businesses and private individuals. My areas of expertise include disputes concerning land, employment, contracts (including building disputes), debt and wills.
Studying law at Cardiff University, I qualified in 1987 and worked as a solicitor in the northwest of England. After spells working abroad as a solicitor and barrister in the Solomon Islands and St Helena, I joined Thomson Hayton Winkley in 1991.
I am acutely aware of the costs and stresses which arise from unresolved disputes and take a practical, cost effective approach from the outset. I believe that in the vast majority of cases the clients best interests are served by a speedy settlement, but I appreciate the need for determined advocacy in certain cases.
Being married with two grown up children means that I now have the time to enjoy cycling, fell walking and good quality beer (although not generally at the same time).
