Always approachable, helpful and professional

Zoë Gibson Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals

Based at our Windermere office, I deal with residential conveyancing and am a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals, listed in the Professional Paralegal Register.

In 1996 I started working for Hayton Winkley as an office junior.  After promotion to a legal secretary I decided that I enjoyed conveyancing work, so gradually took on more responsibly for dealing with certain aspects of residential conveyancing matters acting as more of an assistant.  I qualified as a Certified Paralegal in March 2006 after studying by correspondence/distance learning for a Vocational Legal Studies Certificate with The Institute of Legal Executives. Following due scrutiny by The Membership Committee of the Institute of Paralegals I became a Qualified Paralegal in March 2013 and was elected as a Fellow of the Institute.

I do my best to look after each client from start to finish with the same level of professionalism based on my knowledge, understanding and friendly advice.  I care about my clients and endeavour to get the best result for them by being helpful, informative, efficient and a good communicator.  My aim is to make the conveyancing procedure as painless as possible and to keep all parties informed with an efficient and courteous manner.

Having been born and brought up in South Lakeland, I have never moved away.  I live in a village to the south of Kendal with my husband and in my spare time enjoy reading, singing, watching films and spending time with family and friends.

Don't take our word for it
