Stephen Greenwood Director

My area of expertise is Residential Conveyancing and property related matters. I qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in October 1998 and became recognised as a CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner in December 2023. I have been based in Kendal for the last 23 years. I am also a member of the CILEx Conveyancing Reference Group whose aim is to help shape policy development to improve the conveyancing process. In 2015 I joined Thomson Hayton Winkley and became a Director in May 2020.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching football, music and walking my energetic Cocker Spaniel. I am a fanatical Blackburn Rovers supporter attending home matches with my two teenage children. I am also an FA Level 1 Qualified Football Coach and have managed a Junior Boys team for Kendal United Junior Football Club, from under 7 to under 14 level and have also assisted with the Junior Girls team from under 9 to under 16 level. I have enjoyed the process of helping the players progress in terms of ability and nurturing an excellent team spirit. I am also a former Governor of Stramongate School in Kendal.
