However, it is important to review your will from time to time and account for any changes in your life that could affect your existing will.
Common examples are:-
- Getting divorced
- Having children
- Death of a spouse or other family member referred to in your will
- Coming into property or money yourself that could alter your inheritance tax position
- Children reaching majority
- Selling major assets which you have gifted specifically
