Why making a will is only the start....

Have you made a will? Yes? Good - that’s a start!

However, it is important to review your will from time to time and account for any changes in your life that could affect your existing will.

Common examples are:-

  • Getting married
  • Getting divorced
  • Having children
  • Death of a spouse or other family member referred to in your will
  • Coming into property or money yourself that could alter your inheritance tax position
  • Children reaching majority
  • Selling major assets which you have gifted specifically

If you already have a will, take the time to review what it covers and if you think anything needs changing, contact us for advice.

If you have not make a will at all – what are you waiting for?? Our team make it as easy as possible for you.
